AS TAZA TOWNSHIP GROWS, GOVERNANCE WILL GRADUALLY TRANSITION TO RESIDENTS
Once there are 1000 homes occupied, residents will elect two of the five board directors, with the remaining directors appointed by the Taza Development Corp.
Once the public realm is substantially complete, the Taza Development Corp. will step away from governance. At that point, all five board directors will be elected by residents.
This phased approach ensures thoughtful development today—and fully resident-led, community-driven governance for the future.
